Frequently Asked Questions
Will USCIS accept your translations?
Yes. Our translations meet all USCIS requirements: they include a signed Certificate of Accuracy stating the translator is competent in both languages, and are formatted to match the original.
What's the difference between certified and notarized?
A certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator. A notarized translation has this signature witnessed and stamped by a notary public. USCIS requires certified; some courts require notarized.
